How and where can I drop my computer off?
We are located within the Polus office at 2618 E Allegheny Avenue. Please bring your laptop or desktop and its charger or power cable.Usually, we will do some basic troubleshooting steps when you drop it off to determine what kind of problem the computer is having (i.e. software, hardware, charger problems).You can also drop it off and we will contact you back with updates about the repair process the same day.
How long does your repair service take?
It varies on the computer problems, but anywhere from 1 hour to 2 days assuming no parts of the computer have to be replaced. If there is a faulty computer part, it may take up to a week for delivery of the computer parts.
